We are currently hiring for Sr. Accounting Manager professionals that will take part in:

The Sr. Accounting Manager role based in Taiwan, report to HQ CFO, and collaborates and works closely with the respective Regional Finance Manager to ensure budgeting, accounting, and other financial and accounting functions are in accordance with IFRS, M17 group finance policies and procedures. This position ensures that M17s' country program databases are closed on time and the financial data from the field are complete and accurate and uploaded to HQ Accounting system. This position provides regular financial and accounts analysis and is responsible for a portfolio of 3-4 countries.

  1. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closure by the country programs. Identify issues that need to be resolved and determines an action plan.
  2. Provides regional Finance manager with analysis and technical support, assistance with adherence to M17’s policies and procedures, and answering any direct inquiries.
  3. Perform detailed account analysis and financial report consolidate, coordinate resolutions, and recommend improvements as needed.
  4. Perform temporary assignments to assist Country Programs with staff capacity building, resolving major accounting issues as well as gain an understanding of the Country Program's day-to-day accounting activities, including transaction processing and month-end close.
  5. Assist with Country Programs for clearing of audit findings as they relate to accounting issues.
  6. Analyze monthly and quarterly expense fluctuations to ensure proper accounting treatment.
  7. Monitor discretionary and temporary restricted projects. Ensure proper setup, spending remains within the project budgets and timely closure.
  8. Provide feedback to Regional Finance Officers and Country CEO and identify staff training needs to increase financial capacity.
  9. Support M17 in preparation for external audits.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, which are broadly in line with the above responsibilities.
  11. Provide mentorship to CPs and HQ Staff on financial management.
  12. Project work as driven and assigned
  13. Perform other duties as assigned


You will be highly considered if you have the following experience:  

We are in the process of automating some systems, but currently, there is a good deal of manual work. You'll have the opportunity to influence those processes in their standard form and as we automate, contributing to best practices.

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field. 
  2. Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience. ( Gaming Industry/ E-Commerce Industry/Retail Industry)
  3. Self-motivation, high standards, and a performance improvement mindset
  4. Ability to thrive and deliver in an evolving, fast-paced environment
  5. Ability work independently and as a member of a strong team
  6. Fluency in written and spoken English
  7. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and IFRS knowledge.


Good to have:

  1. 1+ years of Overseas working experience
  2. Strong computer skills, including:
    1. Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite programs, including strong Excel skills (ability to create complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
    2. SAP by Design knowledge and experience preferred
  3. TOEIC 800
  4. AICPA

  1. 管理海內外子公司財務(IFRS)/稅務
  2. 編制海內外子公司合併報表及管理報表
  3. 建置海內外子公司相關財會流程
  4. 協助各地海內外子公司金流架構及核決權限之建置
  5. 協助編制海內外子公司預算並定期追蹤分析
  6. 管理海內外子公司財會人員並隨時提供幫助及支援
  7. 協助海內外子公司接受外部會計師事務所查核
  8. 其他主管交辦事項




  1. 財會相關科系大學畢業
  2. 至少有8年的財會工作經驗(遊戲業/電商業/零售百貨業)
  3. 獨立、擁有高標準且不斷自我激勵的心態
  4. 能夠在不斷變化的、快節奏的環境中發展和交付產出
  5. 獨立工作能力強,且能夠與團隊合作
  6. 英語口說及書寫流利
  7. 堅強的分析及解決問題的技能, 並且熟知國際會計準則



  1. 至少一年以上的海外工作經驗
  2. 較强的電腦技能,包括:
    1. 熟練使用MS Office,包括較强的Excel技能(能夠創建複雜的試算表、樞紐分析表、vLookups等)
    2. SAP by Design 的使用經驗
  3. 多益800分
  4. 美國會計師考試通過
